handwritten with expressive calligraphy and blue manuscript charge
T10 in crayon indicating due postage amount, extremely scarce early
postwar usage during the Polish–Czechoslovak territorial conflict
over Cieszyn Silesia, local correspondence taxed and settled with
improvised postal due, highly desirable for both Polish postage due
and Upper Silesian provisional collectors, very fine and
