with red handstamp and additional Ottoman pictorial issues (5) with
black overprint Cilicie, values from 1 to 5 Piastres, tied by
multiple strikes of MERSINE 19.11.20 circular date stamps, mounted
on French WWI propaganda postcard titled Celui qui a vaincu,
prepared during the last months of the French occupation of
Cilicia, attractive and complete postmarking on all stamps, classic
example of philatelic production during the post-Ottoman transition
in Southern Anatolia, ex Kugel, VF-XF! Estimate 400€.
